A couple weeks ago, I mentioned that Payton is now saying "Mama" and "Da-yee" on a consistent basis ... it is music to our ears!
I tried to get her on video ... err maybe I should say audio ... and was successful ... sort of. LOL. In the beginning, you will hear what we hear from her pretty much all day ... "Do do da da I blah blah blah". LOL. She cracks me up.
Toward the end of the video, you will hear her say "Mama" and "Da-yee". She doesn't say it as clear here as she usually does, but you get the picture. ;)
Presenting ... Barbie!
That is too cute!! Those are the most important words of course!
ReplyDeleteOH how sweet. Alana says mommy and daddy but she will say it and point to herself because she is imitating me saying it and pointing to myself lol.
ReplyDeleteAwwwww...that is just too sweet. I just love all the do do do sounds at the beginning. I think it's great, she's really exploring her sounds and soon the words will come exploding out.
ReplyDeleteKaia was actually saying a bunch of words BEFORE she ever said Mama and Daddy....isn't that weird?
Awww how sweet I love the do do da da’s…
ReplyDeleteAden’s been saying Mum before one and clear dad not long after but we don’t get a lot of the babble taking, my other kids did or that I’ve heard Payton do.
I worry/ I’m sure once it all comes together for Payton she is just going to take off, because she has many words that aren’t’ clear and she has lots to say lol how cute.
Awwww...LOVE it! Sounds great.
ReplyDeletethat is beautiful. I don't what age a child is when they say mama and daddy....it just melts your heart :). I am glad you are home to hear it :)
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful is that? She made E smile this morning. :)
ReplyDeletehow great that you captured this! ADORABLE!!!
ReplyDeleteI just love her little voice! Such a cutie!
ReplyDeleteGreat Job, Miss Payton! Too cute! She has a beautiful voice. I am proud of you, Pay!
ReplyDeleteLOL! can't see/hear video from here BUT, i think it's COOL - of course that Payton is saying mama and daddy, but Janna (and Gunnar/babystpierre) used to say 'Day eee' for the longest time too. it was SO sweet :)
ReplyDeleteway to go Payton!!!
LOL! Very sweet :*)
ReplyDeleteThat is priceless! She sounded just perfect to me!
ReplyDeleteI just love the Payton language also- its so adorable :) And yes... the Mama and Dadeeee is adorable and exciting also!
ReplyDeleteYaay! Precious little voice!!! Aleena can say daddy, but lately she's getting sloppy and skipping the middle 'd's and she says it just like Payton! LOL
ReplyDeleteNow, the video confuses me . . . is Payton running the camera? And WHY are we looking at Barbie? At first, I thought Payton was IN the car on the passenger side, but she's not . . . is she? LOL
LOL! No, Payton is not running the camera ... I AM. LOL. But, she wants to see what I'm taping and she was hanging off one arm with Nika hanging off the other. So that is why essentially you get to "see" audio. LOL
ReplyDeleteOh, so sweet. And, I can just picture you videotaping while acting like human monkeybars. I always say we should have 2 video cameras going. . .
ReplyDeleteBethany! That's awesome, way to go Payton!! Before you know it her speech is just going to take off!
ReplyDeleteAwwww, love it.
ReplyDeleteshe has a beautiful voice and im sure that she and Elias will get along and understand so well, it seem they spoke the same language
ReplyDeleteElias used mama for everything for the longest time, now papa is his fave word and person, but he started more talkative at Payton's age and now he is beginning to use two words
