Ok, so the title of this post is my take on the song, Walk Like an Egyptian. Cool?
I mentioned in my last Q&A that Nika is walking ... more and more every day. I promised I would post more on that later ... so welcome to later!
Nika is doing so well with her gross motor skills. I would estimate that she is walking about 75% of the time now, which is about 70% more than when she came home. She still is a little unsteady on her feet, but despite that she can walk really far without falling ... and she can do a 180 degree turn and walk sideways, which shows great skill.
So without further ado ... a series of videos that show her journey to walking ...
What a sweetheart! WTG!!ReplyDelete
that was so cute watching her walk . When she gave you and hug and waved to the camera, she looked like she was waving to her fans. Go sweet girl, keep up the walkingReplyDelete
I'm so proud of you guys! Great work, Nika!!!ReplyDelete
BTW, is that your house or a physio centre? Great stuff there!

Awesome & Adorable!!!ReplyDelete
I'm not a stalker, really! I just had to giggle again. I think Aidan and I will watch this every morning as the music is just great to wake you up. And it might motivate Aidan to take some steps too!ReplyDelete
Also noticed that Nika's jammies match your blog background!! How cool is that!
Cute. Cute. Cute. So very cute.ReplyDelete
You are a rock star, Nika!! Wow--and great gross motor skills!! I love watching Nika develop as she and Molly are the same age (5 weeks apart in age).ReplyDelete
You have those slippery floors like we do. It is too cute-Nika and Molly look like Bambi on ice--hee! hee! In the winter months I rely heavily on Robeez to keep her "gripped" and ready to go at all times. She falls all the time in her jammies so I end up waiting until the last minute to put them on.
Nika is too cute! Happy, happy, happy! You are so lucky to have her.
Way to go beautiful girl!ReplyDelete
Man she is moving right along! How Exciting!!!!ReplyDelete
She is so lucky to have a family like you!
